The location was amazing and magnificent, in the Pempelfort district and right next to the central station. The place was set about 15 minutes walk from the downtown.
The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

the rooms are large with ac, everything is perfect. great to have a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating, and a private safe.

Loved this fairly clean and wonderful place, superfriendly staff and fancy rooms. Peaceful and ideal location, it was not far from the centre and Messe and Altstadt and riverside. Booked a room with a balcony on walking distance from the center of town.

We really liked our perfect stay. Everything was just perfect, even though we only stayed for 1 night. the location of the hotel, just a 10-15 minute walk from a medieval cathedral, was particularly good and excellent. the bus stop was conveniently located only 200 meters away.
